When he was one year old, Karem was diagnosed with an astrocytoma brain tumor, a journey that brought significant challenges, including total visual impairment, mild intellectual disability, and difficulties with fine motor skills. Despite undergoing two major craniotomy surgeries and more than 600 chemotherapy sessions, Karem has shown remarkable resilience and determination. He is currently studying Social Work at MUBS, with a mission to inspire and support those facing challenges.
